What about FREE Shipping?
We ship via the Danish postal service (PostDanmark) for FREE. Orders placed by 11am CET can be shipped the same day. Return shipping is included with each rental order. 2nd Day and Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee. Saturday delivery can be arranged with customer service. Please e-mail support@Internetanywhere.dk for special requests.
Do you offer service outside of Denmark or Sweden?
No. The InternetAnywhere Mobile Broadband service is currently only available in Denmark and Sweden. Shipping outside Denmark and Sweden is not offered (if delivery in other countries is needed please contact support@InternetAnywhere for special requests). Internet service outside Denmark and Sweden is not offered. You will be responsible for hefty roaming fees if our equipment is used outside Denmark and Sweden. Contact customer service if you would like a recommendation of an international mobile broadband service provider.
How do I know the equipment will work when I receive it?
Testing and re-testing. To assure you get reliable equipment every time you order from InternetAnywhere, all equipment is tested immediately before being shipped out. The equipment is then re-tested once it has been returned.
Is there a deposit?
A shadow deposit of EUR200 is taken. Your credit card will be preauthorized for the replacement cost of the equipment in the amount of EUR200. Your order will be the rental price + a EUR200 deposit. In the event the equipment is not returned, this will be charged to your credit card. When the equipment is returned in accordance with the rental period, only the rental fee will be charged, not the EUR200 deposit.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled before they have shipped will receive a full refund. Orders that have shipped are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests should be made to support@InternetAnywhere.dk.
What if I return the equipment late?
No problem, within a 7 day period. When the equipment has been returned, you will automatically be charged the daily rate corresponding to the current pricelist. No extra fee or penalties. If the equipment isn’t returned after the 7 day period and you haven’t made special arrangements with InternetAnywhere, your EUR200 deposit will lost, and the service on the 3G modem will be shut down.
Can I extend my rental contract?
Yes. Simply place another order for equipment and choose the new rental period you would like to apply to your existing rental. Send an e-mail to support@InternetAnywhere.dk.
How fast is the mobile Internet connection?
The connection speed is influenced by many factors such as which speed the service provider offer from the closest cell tower, and signal interference such as walls or electrical noise. As a general guideline, you will find the fastest speeds available in heavily populated areas such as metropolitan areas and airports.
InternetAnywhere uses the premium services, from the best service providers in Denmark and Sweden, offering download speed of up to 16 Mbit/s, and upload speed of up to 5 Mbit/s.
What if I lost the pre-paid return packaging and/or label?
Simply contact us for a new shipping label and use your own packaging.
We will email you a new label for you to print out and tape to your package.
Does it work on my Apple computer?
Yes it works on Apple computers. Please note that for Apple computer with iOS 10.6. (Snow Leopard), a specific software will be send with the modem (on a CD-ROM) - it is possible to get a link to a server where the software can be downloaded.
