How our Service Works
InternetAnywhere is a 3G mobile broadband equipment rental service providing its customers with access to a 3G mobile broadband USB modem, allowing mobile Internet access without the long-term contracts required by cellular carriers. Customers receive their equipment fully activated and ready to be installed on their computers (along with a “How to get started guide”). When the rent period finishes the equipment must be returned via the included prepaid mailer.
Billing and Fees
By using the InternetAnywhere rental service, you are expressly agreeing that we are permitted to charge you a rental fee for equipment ordered. Additional charges may include late fees, extended rental fees, or replacement fees for equipment you fail to return as agreed. A preauthorization amount of EUR200 per piece of equipment will be made to your credit card, at the time of rental, as a deposit for rental equipment ordered. This may appear as a charge with some debit card companies and is released or refunded after equipment is returned. As used in these Terms of Use, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method.
No International Use: You will be responsible for substantial roaming charges if this equipment is used outside Denmark or Sweden.
Additional fees will be incurred for any unauthorized feature or roaming fees we incur while the equipment is in your possession. This includes international roaming fees and unauthorized account changes made via the equipment that increase fees above and beyond the standard domestic Internet service plans. Please note typical data charges for unauthorized International use of our mobile broadband modems is billed at EUR20/MB of data transferred.
Data Allowance: All equipment has a 20GB/month data limit. After the limit is reached, the equipment can be shut off by the carrier until the next monthly cycle. You are guaranteed a minimum prorated data allowance based on your rental period. For example: a 2 week rental is 50% of the month so you would be guaranteed a minimum data allowance of 10GB which is 50% of 20GB. There are no early returns accepted for customers who have used up their data allowance early.
Extended Rental: Equipment not returned to the shipper by the due date shown on your invoice will be billed at the daily rate displayed on your invoice. The date the shipper shows in their tracking system as having received the equipment for return is the date we consider the equipment returned.
Payment Terms and Fees: Your rental payment is charged at the time of reservation. Any additional fees incurred during your rental will be withdrawn from your deposit. In the event the deposit isn’t enough to cover the additional fees, you have 7 days to provide a valid credit card without incurring late fees. Amounts owing after 7 days are subject to a EUR25 processing fee and late payment interest charge calculated on the outstanding amount at 2% per month (26.8% per year) until paid in full. In the event we must submit your debt to collections, you will be responsible for any and all collection fees incurred.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Equipment
You will be charged a replacement fee of EUR200 for each piece of equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged. Damaged equipment includes physically bent equipment and equipment missing parts.
Cancellation and Refunds
Orders cancelled before they have shipped will receive a full refund. Orders that have shipped are not eligible for a full refund but can receive a partial refund if the equipment is returned within (1) business day of delivery. There are no refunds for early returns or claims of non-working equipment unless your issue cannot be resolved by tech support and is verified upon return. Cancellation requests should be sent to support@InternetAnywhere.dk or made via phone (contact number is provided along with the equipment).
Due to our mandatory inspection and testing procedures performed on all our equipment before shipping, refunds will not be given for unverified claims of non-working equipment. In the event you have trouble getting your equipment to work properly, you must call InternetAnywhere for technical support. Our technical support staff will resolve your issue. InternetAnywhere will not issue any refunds for technical problems if we are not given the opportunity to resolve your issue. InternetAnywhere require 2 business days to return phone calls or e-mails regarding claims of non-working equipment.
Internet Service Availability and Access/Coverage
InternetAnywhere use the Danish postal service (PostDanmark) to mail the equipment. InternetAnywhere does not guarantee and assumes no liability for any breakdown in their service. Under normal circumstances orders received in due time, will be mailed to the delivery address in due time for the equipment to be ready for use by you.
InternetAnywhere does not guarantee and assumes no liability for the availability of Internet access, a wireless network, and/or cellular data services. It is your responsibility to confirm the availability of data services provided by the cellular carrier associated with the equipment you rent from InternetAnywhere. It must be noted that the carriers used by InternetAnywhere do covers 86% of Denmark and Sweden – larger cities has coverage of approximately 97%.
